You make excesive attempts to pirate, reverse engineer, or attack Spooky

We don't allow users to buy or sell Spooky accounts that have paid tiers

We don't approve of selling Spooky license keys bought from Gumroad, if you would like to, please contact us in our Discord to become a reseller.

Spooky uses Stripe to manage payments

How your data is handled by Gumroad is handled by their own policy and not controlled by us

Some information is provided to us from your purchases but we have no interest in your information as per the Stripe policy

There is no automated refund policy for Spooky, please contact us in our Discord if your purchase was a mistake or you are not happy with your purchase

Spooky stores server logs on its own servers

Some of events are logged including but not limited to:

Policy acceptence or refusal: "User Spooky-******** has accepted/refused our policy."

Spooky injection events: "User Spooky-******** loaded Spooky."

Name Changes: "User Spooky-******** wants to change their name to UserName"

Purchase events: "A purchase has been made! details: Price, Order #, Sale ID, Tier, Country, Quantity"

Chat events: "UserName (Spooky-********): "Message Content""

These logs are used to moderate users, recover users (accidental deletion), and improve the website (error logging)
